1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyGoldFolio application ("the App") or visiting smartdailyapps.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Site.

2. License Grant

SmartDailyApps grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on your personal Android device solely for your own personal tracking purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App in any way.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• Redistribute, sell, rent, or lease the App or any portion of it;
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App;
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. No Financial Advice

The App is a personal portfolio tracking tool. Nothing in the App or on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. SmartDailyApps does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that price data will be accurate or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartDailyApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. SmartDailyApps's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

7. Your Data

8. Modifications

SmartDailyApps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated on any change.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. On termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
